Marc Horine ’96 & Tony Goncalves ’95

Moving the world of marketing

Marc Horine, vice president for digital and print media revenue operations at ESPN, and Tony Goncalves, senior vice president, digital entertainment products group at DirectTV, are among the many Iona alumni in the field of sports, entertainment and news marketing and management. They returned to campus recently to speak as part of a regular series of events for students interested in the field, presented by the College's Center for Sports and Entertainment Management.  

Both alumni found internships, networking and Iona's proximity to New York City to be great advantages in their careers.  They also credit the overall Iona College experience with giving them the skills and foundation needed to be successful.
