My Iona

Faculty of Color Circle

Faculty of Color (FOC) Circle represent Iona’s Black and Latinx faculty and function as an advisory committee to the Chief Diversity Officer. This Committee serves as the pulse of the campus on issues of race, racism, inclusion, campus climate, curriculum, policies and other critical factors that have the power to transform a campus into a more inclusive culture for faculty, administration, staff and students of color, and those from underrepresented minority (URM) groups and historically marginalized populations.
