Iona College Mission Statement

Provost Search

This fall, Iona College commenced the search for its next provost and chief academic officer. The national search began with the selection of a search consultant and seating of the search committee. The work of the committee will result in the presentation of three, highly qualified, unranked finalists to President Joseph E. Nyre, Ph.D., in January 2018.

With the recent announcement of the Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Appointment of a new dean of the Business School, announcement of a new Business School building, hiring talented new tenure-track faculty and funding newly endowed positions, there is an exciting momentum at Iona College which is certain to draw outstanding provost candidates.
