The faculty center in PeopleSoft is where you will find your official class roster for each of your classes. This is the only place you should go to in order to view who is currently enrolled in your courses. Here is how to access them: Log into the MyIona Single Sign On portal and select the PeopleSoft icon to be brought to your PeopleSoft home page. Select Self Service from the menu. Find the grouping titled Faculty Center and click on the title. Select the class roster in the row of the course you would like to see. This will open the roster for that specific class. As with the faculty center, it is important to be familiar with the class roster page. At the top of the page, the term you are viewing will be displayed. If you are looking at the wrong term, use the change term button to update the page. Use the enrollment status dropdown box to display the students based on their status, for example enrolled or withdrawn. Update the display options to choose whether the picture of the student is displayed on this page or a link to it is made available (as it is currently set to). From your class roster, you are able to email your students as well. Use the buttons at the bottom to either notify the entire class, or alternatively use the check boxes next to each student to select who you would like to email and then select the notify selected students option at the bottom instead. Finally, if you would like to export the roster to excel, use the icon at the top of the table to export it. To summarize here’s what to do: Log into PeopleSoft through the MyIona SSO. Go to the Self Service area. Go to Faculty Center. Select the class roster icon for the class you wish to view.
