PeopleSoft is used to store all of your personal information as an employee at Iona College. If you need to update this information, for example you recently moved and need to update your address or phone number, this is easily handled by you in PeopleSoft. Here’s how. Log into the MyIona Single Sign On portal and select the PeopleSoft icon to be brought to your PeopleSoft home page. Select Self Service from the menu. Find the grouping titled Campus Personal Information and click on the title. This will bring up the Campus Personal Information area, and you will see many options for individual pieces of content. It is recommended to go to ‘Personal Data Summary’ in the top lefthand corner, as it will allow you to quickly review all of your information. Review the content on your Data Summary page. If anything is incorrect or needs to be edited, simply click on the link next to it and update the information. To summarize here’s what to do: Log into PeopleSoft through the MyIona SSO. Go to the Self Service area. Go to the Campus Personal Information area. Go to the Personal Data Summary. Review the information, and edit anything that needs to be updated. That’s it, if any of your information changes, log in again and update it in PeopleSoft so that everything is correct on campus.
