First Year Student FAQs

  • When is Orientation?

Orientation takes place throughout three scheduled sessions in the month of June. Each incoming student may choose to register for one of the three dates ASAP to reserve their spot.

    Session 1- June 7th and 8th
    Session 2- June 11th and 12th
    Session 3- June 14th and 15th

  • Where can I register for Orientation?

  • How do I know if my registration went through?

You will receive an email confirmation which will provide you with any additional information. If you do not receive a confirmation, your registration did not go through.
  • I can no longer go to the session I registered for, how do I change my orientation dates?

Simply revisit www.iona.edu/orientation and re-register with the changed date or updated information. Our system will automatically change the session date or update numbers of guests or family members that may be joining you. If for some reason you cannot change your session date, please email us at orientation@iona.edu.
  • Is there a deadline to register for orientation?
