To initiate a chat session, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to support.zoom.us
From the Zoom Support Center home page, navigate to the blue link titled 'Help' located at the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Once you click on the link as shown above, an option to receive a chat box expands.
A drop down option allows you to choose the department that best serves your needs. This department would be 'Support'. Type your query into the message box as shown above and click 'Start Chat'.
