Armando C. Rodriguez Jr. ’86 Endowed Scholarship

Armando C. Rodriguez Jr. '86 serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of A&A Maintenance Enterprise Inc., headquartered in Yonkers, New York. Under his leadership, he has transformed the company into one of the largest facility management services providers in the United States, serving the healthcare, education, aviation, and commercial real estate industries.

Armando came to the United States from Cuba in 1967 and attended St. Johns School in White Plains, New York. He graduated from Archbishop Stepinac High School in 1981 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona in 1986. He furthered his education at the University of Texas, studying elementary petroleum exploration, and completed the NMSDC Advance Management Education Program at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He currently serves as a member of the Iona University Board of Trustees. In 2023, he established the Armando C. Rodriguez Jr. '86 Endowed Scholarship to support students in the LaPenta School of Business.
