Scheduling an Appointment Virtual Tutoring The Rudin center is here to support you and we remain open for virtual tutoring only. If you have general questions about the transition to online coursework, we can also offer some assistance navigating Zoom and Blackboard. To Make a Tutoring Appointment: Email Dana McLachlin at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email indicate the subject, including the course number (i.e. CS201 or BIO102), and your day/time availability. Please note that we continue to offer tutoring sessions during our usual hours of 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday. Rudin staff will confirm a tutor and day/time within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Zoom All tutoring appointments will occur through Zoom. This is a free application available for download on mobile, desktop, and tablet devices. You do not need an account; your tutor will email you with a meeting invitation. Please just click the invitation link to join the meeting. To access tutoring by Zoom, you will need a device with videoconferencing capability and internet access. If you do not have these resources at home, please reach out to us so we can offer an alternate method of tutoring remotely. See full details on how to download and access Zoom.
