Please note that Reserve Materials will be held for only ONE semester. Any material not picked up by the end of the semester will be returned to the shelves of the instructor. Any materials that need to be held for a longer period of time MUST be cleared through the Circulation Supervisor. A Renewal notice should be submitted each semester for those items.
Fill out the Print Reserves Form and deliver it to the Ryan Library Circulation Desk along with any materials you would like placed on reserve. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
Students will be able to see a list of all items on Reserve via the Course Reserve section of the library catalog.

Online Reserves for Blackboard
Articles from over 15,000 full-text electronic journals are available through the library. Links can be placed on Blackboard sites, webpages, or in the Course Reserve section of the library catalog. Read about how to create permanent links to full-text articles ».
If your items are not available electronically, we are able to scan materials and return them in PDF format for you to place on Blackboard. Fill out the Scanned Reserves Request Form and deliver it to the Ryan Library Circulation Desk along with any materials you would like scanned. Please allow at least one week before the materials are needed.
