Returning Students Move-In Day Protocols

Housing Assignment

You can view your housing assignment in your housing application in the StarRez portal, accessed via Peoplesoft with your Iona credentials. Open the 2025-2026 Academic Year application.

Navigate to the “roommate profile” page and click “save and continue” and your confirmation should open with your housing assignment. 

Unless otherwise communicated by Assistant Director, Chasity Ali, room assignments are considered final at this time.

Please review the move-in day checklist for a list of allowed and prohibited items.

Unloading

UNLOADING IS FOR 15 MIN ONLY
A licensed driver must stay with your car while unloading. Be sure to provide a valid cell phone number for your unloading sign.

Hales, Conese and North Ave. Halls

Families should unload and then move their cars to park in the Murphy or Summit Parking lots. Please see designated move-in times below.

Rice Hall

Rice Hall students can park in the parking garage. Please note there is no elevator access in Rice Hall. Please see designated move-in times below.

Graduate Houses

Graduate students assigned to houses check in at North Ave Hall to receive their house key. Please see designated move-in times below.

Bohm Hall (Bronxville Campus)

Arrive at the designated time in the oval in front of Bohm Hall. Unload and check-in at the front of Bohm Hall. After unloading, please move your vehicle as designated by Iona staff. Be sure to provide a valid cell phone number for your unloading sign. Please see designated move-in times below.
