Academic Regalia for Students

Please order your academic regalia here by completing all of the online steps by the dates listed below. Iona covers most of the cost of your cap and gown, with the exception of just $25.*

You also have the opportunity to purchase additional graduation regalia when you place your order.

You may choose to ship your order home or pick up your order at the Commencement Fair on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

If you have completed all of the steps to order your regalia correctly, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was successfully placed – please keep this handy.

Important Dates

• March 6, 2026: the last day to order and pick up at the Commencement Fair (no S&H fee)
• March 30, 2026: the last day to order and ship to home (for an additional S&H fee)

Academic Regalia for Faculty & Staff

The online store to order academic regalia is now open! All faculty participating in Commencement events require regalia. Some staff members, depending on their assignment for the events, may also require regalia. Place your order now to ensure enough time for shipping.

Please be sure to complete all online steps to place your order. Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your order was not successfully placed.

Important Dates

• March 30, 2026: Deadline to place your order online.
• May 1-11, 2026: Pick up your package at the Iona campus bookstore. 

Iona assumes the cost of your regalia rental. Rental regalia will be collected at the end of the Commencement Ceremony on May 15.
