The Annual Fall Involvement Fair is your gateway to getting involved at Iona University. Hosted by the Center for Student Engagement, this vibrant campus tradition brings together recognized student clubs, organizations, and campus departments to showcase opportunities for co-curricular engagement.
Whether you’re looking to explore new interests, develop leadership skills, or just find your people—this is the place to start.

Information for Students Who Want to Get Involved
What clubs will be at the Involvement Fair?
Iona boasts over 80 clubs, groups and organizations for students to join. Whether you are interested in theater, Greek Life, debate or all of the above and beyond, you’ll discover that campus life is full of welcoming communities and exciting opportunities!
Can I attend the Involvement Fair on my own?
Absolutely! Whether you come solo or with friends, the Involvement Fair is a welcoming and open environment designed to help you discover your place on campus. It’s common to split up and explore different tables even if you arrive with a group—follow your interests!
Can I join a club sports team?
Absolutely! With a roster of over 15 (and growing) club sports teams to choose from, you can continue with your favorite high school sport or take up something new.
Fun fact: Iona's esports team competes in the MAAC!
What should I bring to the Involvement Fair?
- An open mind and curiosity! This is your chance to explore everything Iona student life has to offer.
- A refillable water bottle – hydration stations will be available.
- A bag or tote to carry flyers, giveaways, and freebies.
- Sunscreen and a hat – it’s outdoors on Murphy Green.
Information for Organizations and Departments
Who Can Participate?
All recognized student organizations, university departments, and campus programs are encouraged to reserve a table for the Fall 2025 Involvement Fair. This is a key opportunity to connect with new and returning students and share how they can get involved in your offerings.
Please note:
Table space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is highly recommended.
When is the Registration Deadline?
You must register by Monday, August 4, 2025, to secure your spot.
Can We Give Out Food at Our Table?
Yes—with limitations. You may distribute small, individually pre-packaged items (e.g., wrapped candies, mints, or snacks). Please do not bring unpackaged food, open containers, or anything that requires heating, refrigeration or preparation on-site.
What Should Participants Bring or Prepare?
To make the most of your table, we strongly encourage you to:
- Have your table set up by 10:45 a.m. so that you are ready for the 11 a.m. start.
- Display a trifold or table signage that introduces your organization or office
- What does your group do?
- What events do you host?
- When and where do you meet?
- How can students get involved?
- Highlight your social media handles or include a QR code for easy connection.
- Provide a calendar of events and contact information.
- Plan a quick fun and interactive activity that will help draw students to your table.
- Ensure your table is staffed for the entire duration of the fair (11 a.m.–2 p.m.).
