My Iona

Conese Hall

Conese Hall is one of three buildings in the residential courtyard on North Avenue. Conese Hall mirrors the layout of Hales Hall which is across from it in the courtyard. Conese is made up of six co-ed floors with single gender suites of six, eight or nine residents.

The six person suites have three double rooms. The eight person suites have four double rooms. The nine person suites have three double rooms and one triple room.

Conese Hall is open to all undergraduate students, but many sophomores and juniors choose to make Conese their home. The communal living room and dining room space in each suite offers plenty of space to plan roommate dinner parties or late-night movie marathons.

Amenities

  • Each suite has two full bathrooms and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator
  • Bedrooms have closets, drawers and desk space for each resident
  • Laundry room on every floor
  • Study room on the ground floor
  • Cable and telephone access
  • High-speed Internet
  • Short walking distance to the campus mail room
