Housing Options

Whether you are an incoming freshman or transfer, a returning student or a graduate student – our campuses have a variety of housing options to fit your needs

Incoming freshmen or first year students are typically placed in East Hall, Loftus Hall or Rice Hall.

Upperclassmen students typically live in Conese Hall, Hales Hall, Rice Hall, Bohm Hall, or the North Avenue Residence Hall.

Graduate students typically live in Rice Hall and Bohm Hall. A limited number of graduate students live in the North Avenue Residence Hall.

Bohm Hall houses upperclassmen students who have classes on either the Bronxville campus or the New Rochelle campus.

For any questions about housing, email the Residential Life office at residentiallife@iona.edu or call at +1 (914) 633-2336.
