My Iona

Hales Hall

Hales Hall is one of three buildings in the residential courtyard on North Avenue. Hales Hall mirrors the layout of Conese Hall which is across from it in the courtyard. Hales is made up of six co-ed floors with single gender suites of six, eight or nine residents.

The six person suites have three double rooms. The eight person suites have four double rooms. The nine person suites have three double rooms and one triple room. Every room has closets, drawers and desk space for each resident.

Hales Hall is open to all undergraduate students, but many sophomores and juniors choose to make Hales their home. The communal living room and dining room space in each suite offers plenty of space to plan roommate dinner parties or late-night movie marathons.
