Health Insurance
Iona University offers two medical plan options through Christian Brothers. Christian Brothers utilizes the Aetna Signature Administrators Network. All questions should be directed to Christian Brothers 1-800-807-0400. Employees will receive an ID card in the mail within 7-15 days of submitting their enrollment through Paycom. Employees can sign up for the Christian Brothers portal here to download ID cards, view claims, find providers and much more.
All medical plans use the Aetna Signature Administrators network.

There is a small deductible for in-network and out-of-network services. Preventative coverage is provided at 100% with no deductible. Plan documents are available to view through Paycom.

CARENET HEALTH
MyAdvocate program through Carenet will act as an extension of our Human Resources staff and will be available as a resource to escalate and assist in resolving your benefit issues. Their service is designed to make your life easier by helping to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system while saving you time, money, and frustration. Some examples of their services are:

When you start a case, a Care Coordinator gathers information and refers you to an Advocate who will remain with you until your issue is resolved. This program is available to you, your family members living in your home as well as your parents and parents-in-law at no cost.
