Residential Life: Make Iona Your Home

Residential Life offers housing for all four years

Our goal is to provide all Iona students with a safe, secure and comfortable living environment––a place where their academic, social, emotional and cultural lives can grow and flourish. We work hard to create a community of respect and responsibility, where individual needs are met and friendships are forged for life.

Iona provides on-campus housing for both undergraduate and graduate students, in a variety of attractive living environments. We encourage our students to live on our beautiful campus during their Iona years.

Many of our housing options offer kitchens and cooking facilities, where residents can continue to observe their cultural or religious dietary principles. If you are interested in living in our on-campus residence halls, click here for information on how to fill out your housing application. Feel free to contact the Office of Residential Life at +1 (914) 633-2336 if you have any questions.

A note to International Students:
As an international student, some of your social goals are probably to make new friends, try new things and immerse yourself in a new culture. In our on-campus living environments, you will do just that and see that the life here is welcoming and vibrant. It’s also very affordable and safe. Each residential student is assigned a Residential Assistant to help with their transition to life at Iona College.
