Timeline for Iona Performance Management Process

Many of you have already begun planning your annual performance conversations. All written evaluations are to be submitted by September 1, 2019.

Please read below for a detailed description of each part of the review process.

  1. April 11 - July 3
    • All employees complete self-review.
  2. June 3 - July 19
    • Supervisors complete reviews for direct reports who have completed their self reviews.
      Reviews are not shared with direct reports until President’s Cabinet (PC) member reviews and approves.
  3. July 15 - 31
    • Supervisor & PC member discuss and finalize reviews.
  4. August 1 - 31
    • Supervisors share finalized reviews with employees.
  5. September 1
    • All signed performance reviews due to Human Resources.
All S.M.A.R.T. 2019 –2020 Goals are due to Human Resources by July 1, 2019
