Timeline for Iona Performance Management Process
Many of you have already begun planning your annual performance conversations. All written evaluations are to be submitted by August 31, 2018.
To facilitate holistic conversations, we have created a process that has six parts.
Please read below for a detailed description of each part of the review process.
STEP 1: Employee Self Review
Employee completes form and sends to Supervisor 1.
STEP 2: Direct Supervisor Review
Supervisor I completes form and reviews result
with Supervisor 2 and/or PC Member, as needed.
STEP 3: President's Cabinet Member and HR Final Approval
PC Member Discusses Review for Division/Department with HR.
STEP 4: Final Review
Shared with Supervisor 1
STEP 5: Final Review Meeting
Supervisor 1 discusses and signs final review with Employee.
STEP 6: Final Review
Submitted to HR
Due Date: August 31, 2018
