POLICY

As an employee of Iona University, you may be in contact with students, parents, vendors, and other employees of the University. The University expects that employees will represent Iona in a positive and professional manner at all times. Employees should dress in appropriate professional business attire suitable for their department. Employees in certain departments will be required to wear an Iona-issued uniform.

Employees who have questions regarding what constitutes appropriate professional business attire should seek the advice of their manager/supervisor.
