Five-Year Dual-Degree Programs/Options

Students may choose to earn a bachelor's and master's degree in just five years, in one of 11 exciting dual degree programs. Please review the information below and follow the appropriate link(s) for further information about the specific program of interest to you.
 
Once you have decided which program you wish to apply for, please
apply online through PeopleSoft

Once logged onto Single Sign On, go to PeopleSoft and follow these steps:

Arts & Science: Five-Year Dual-Degree Program Application and Admission Process

Students with sophomore standing and a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher may apply for any one of the exciting dual degree programs noted below. Eligible students will have the opportunity to earn a bachelor's and master's degree in just five years.

Each program has its own unique application requirements, however, interested students can get started by completing an online application for a Five-Year Dual-Degree Program.

Here’s what happens once you apply:

  1. The Program Director will get your application and review your academic record.
  2. You will receive an email when the Program Director makes a decision to:
    A) accept you or, B) ask to meet with you.
  3. Once you are accepted by the Program Director, your file is sent to the Arts & Science dean’s office for processing.
  4. You will then receive an email when the dean’s office makes a final decision to:
    A) accept you or, B) ask to meet with you.
  5. Once you have completed and been conferred with your bachelor's degree, you will automatically be enrolled as a graduate student in the master's degree program.
