Dr. Bauce teaches the Master of Science in Nursing core courses as well as the specialty courses for the Nursing Healthcare Organizational Leadership (MS) track. Her research interests include nursing leadership and the innovative use of technology to support pedagogy in nursing education. Dr. Bauce also has an interest in the science of compassion, which stems from her work as a co-coordinator of the Annual Dialog on Compassion at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, where she was faculty and an Associate Dean of Online Graduate Programs. Dr. Bauce was a 2020 recipient of the Connecticut Florence Nightingale Award.
