Dr. Kang teaches courses in strategic management, entrepreneurship, innovation and change management, and principles of management. His primary research interests include organizational ambidexterity, strategic alliances, technological innovation, growth of entrepreneurial firms, social networks, and corporate governance. His papers have been presented at international conferences, including AOM, SMS, and AIB.
