Dr. Sandra Panattieri began her career as a Clinical Nutritionist, working with individuals, communities, and corporate partners to advance evidence-based disease prevention practices and strengthen long term wellness outcomes. She has supported diverse populations in developing healthier eating habits, improving their relationship with food, and gaining practical nutrition education tailored to real world challenges.
In the corporate sector, Dr. Panattieri collaborated with organizations to elevate employee wellness through initiatives such as redesigning cafeteria menus, developing on site fitness facilities, and delivering targeted nutrition and health education programs. Her work contributed to measurable improvements in workplace well-being and organizational culture.
Within the community, Dr. Panattieri served as a trusted advocate for underserved populations across Westchester and New York City. She provided accessible guidance on shopping and eating nutritiously on a budget, and she led healthy cooking classes that empowered residents with skills to support sustainable lifestyle change.
Throughout her impactful journey across the region, Dr. Panattieri also refined her expertise in personal training and taught fitness classes at local gyms. Dr. Panattieri’s professional journey ultimately led her to higher education, where she now teaches Nutrition and a range of health and wellness courses. She is deeply committed to delivering evidence based, real world, and practical instruction that equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in clinical, community, and health and wellness focused environments.
