Dr. Wang teaches courses in business analytics, operations management, information systems, and AI-related topics in business. His research is lies at the intersection of data analytics and artificial intelligence, with a focus on developing innovative data mining and machine learning methodologies. He builds advanced predictive models and dimensional reduction techniques to extract insights from multi-source, high-dimensional data, addressing complex challenges in manufacturing, business, healthcare, and supply chain management. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Production Research, Annals of Operations Research, and Expert Systems with Applications.
