Nikki A. Hahn, MPA, is a clinical lecturer at the Hynes Entrepreneurship Institute at Iona University, where she brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and economic development to the classroom. Prior to joining Iona University, she served as CEO of the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC), advancing entrepreneurship and economic growth across Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. Nikki’s commitment to small business is personal as she supported her husband in building his company from launch through successful acquisition. Her professional and personal experiences inform her passion for empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening the ecosystems that help small businesses thrive. Nikki serves as Chair Emeritus of the Cure JM Foundation, where she helped transform the organization from a grassroot, parent-led nonprofit into a global leader in rare disease research. During her tenure, she helped expand family support services, launch a national walk program, double the organization’s Centers of Excellence, and secure a $4 million grant from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative in partnership with the University of Michigan. She serves as Vice President of Nonprofit Westchester's Board of Directors and serves on the board of the Association of Women’s Business Centers, where she is Co-Chair of the Advocacy Committee. In this role, she advocates at the national level for policies and resources that support women- and minority-owned businesses and strengthen opportunities for underserved entrepreneurs. Nikki was named a 914 Inc. and Westchester Magazine Women in Business Leadership Winner in 2022. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science from New York University.
