MBA Mentoring Program

In the MBA Mentoring Program, accepted students are matched with a dedicated MBA alumni mentor whose professional experience will assist them in advancing their career development. 

Mentors will:

• Support students in setting personal and professional goals and help them explore their career interests.
• Serve as a resource as students develop a path toward career success.

This unique networking opportunity provides students with direct access to MBA alumni who have gone on to build successful careers and assume leadership roles across a variety of industries.

Upon acceptance into the program, students will be instructed to create a profile on Gaels Connect, Iona’s alumni networking platform. Each student will then be matched with a mentor and will have the opportunity to meet with them throughout their time in the program.
