Dining Out in New Rochelle

New Rochelle offers a wide variety of delicious dining experiences, many of which are located just a quick walk from the Iona campus! Here are a few of our students' top picks.

The Mirage

Located just across the street on North Avenue, The Mirage is a go-to for those looking for an elevated diner experience! Nachos, french toast and the disco fries are just a few of our favorites. Remember – you can use your meal plan here and many other places around town!

Gemelli Pizzeria

Known around campus simply as “Gemelli’s,” this favorite is much more than a pizzeria. While you can pop in for a quick slice, Gemelli’s also has a comfortable seating area and a menu full of appetizers, pasta dishes and more. Be sure to keep an eye out for their late-night, dollar-slice deals!

Avenue Deli

Also located on North Avenue across the street from Iona, Avenue Deli is a favorite for sandwiches, hot plates, a quick coffee and more. It won't take long for Mike and his crew to know you by your first name - just remember to order in the back!
