What You'll Learn
You will gain an understanding of how organizations are structured, and you will develop the thinking, traits, knowledge and skills essential to be a leader in any business. You will study organizational behavior, as well as human resource management.
Special emphasis is given to interpersonal and decision-making skills to help you sharpen your leadership skills.
