Intramurals
Intramurals at Iona offer a wide range of sports and competitive opportunities for students. Participants can form their own teams and compete against peers on a weekly basis in a fun and engaging environment. Winning teams receive an Intramural Championship T-shirt to celebrate their success.
All students must register through IMLeagues and complete a waiver prior to participating. Only active Iona students are eligible to compete in Intramural sports.

Fall Semester
- Intramural Volleyball
- Day: Mondays, 7 p.m.
- Location: Mulcahy Gym
- Intramural Esports
- Day: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7 p.m.
- Location: Esports Room (Spellman Hall – 1st floor)
- Intramural Basketball
- Day: Tuesdays, 7 p.m.
- Location: Mulcahy Gym
- Intramural Spikeball
- Day: Thursdays, 5 p.m.
- Location: Mazzella Field
Spring Semester
- Intramural Esports
- Day: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7 p.m.
- Location: Esports Room (Spellman Hall – 1st floor)
- Intramural Futsal
- Day: Mondays, 7 p.m.
