The Iona College Players Logo

The Iona College Players is a student-directed theatre organization of Iona College. Much more than just a drama club, the Players provides vast opportunities for students to develop and cultivate a passion for the performing arts at Iona. Specifically committed to the arts of performance and entertainment, the Players serves as the only entirely student-run theatre group on Iona's campus. With this unique distinction, the organization is able to offer students opportunities to directly participate in various aspects of theatre production such as:

  • Acting
  • Directing
  • Writing
  • Musical Performance
  • Dance and Choreography
  • Stage Crew
  • Set Design and Construction
  • Lighting and Sound
  • Improv Comedy

Club meetings are scheduled periodically over the course of the semester to address new developments in Players events and productions, as well as general club membership and involvement. Members are encouraged to email members of the current executive board for more information.
