Conese Hall

Located on North Avenue, Conese Hall houses upperclassmen students in apartment-style suites of up to 9 students. Each suite is equipped with a living room and kitchenette area.

East Hall

Located in the center of campus, overlooking the Student Union, East Hall houses freshmen students in triple and quad rooms with communal bathrooms.

Hales Hall

Located on North Avenue, Hales Hall houses upperclassmen students in apartment-style suites of up to 9 students. Each suite is equipped with a living room and kitchenette area.

Loftus Hall

Loftus Hall is a freshman housing option located along North Avenue. The hall features 10 co-ed floors with single-sex suites of five students, and includes lounges, study rooms, a kitchen area, meditation room and laundry room.

North Avenue Residence Hall

Iona’s newest residence hall on North Avenue, this hall is six floors and home to a majority of upperclassmen students on co-ed floors with single gender suites that house four students in either two doubles or four singles. Each suite has 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room.

Rice Hall

Rice Hall is a located on campus near the School of Business and the Donald E. Walsh Field at Rice Oval. The hall is four floors and houses freshmen and upperclassmen. The main floor of Rice Hall houses doubles, triples and quads, while the second and third floors are single rooms with separate male and female wings.

Graduate Student Housing

Housing is available to full-time graduate students who complete all required forms and qualify for housing, as space permits. Designated space for graduate student housing is located in college-owned houses on President Street, Halcyon Terrace, and Hubert Place. Each house accommodates 3 or 6 graduate students.
