College Counselor Resources
Iona College is a student-centered institution, rooted in a religious liberal arts education. Iona cultivates and encourages individuality, while at the same time providing a supportive, vibrant community. Our academics are challenging, but they are combined with a strong focus on practical, real-world experience and a commitment to meaningful service. This translates into experiential learning opportunities and internships, study abroad, and the ability for Iona students to work alongside faculty, researching and publishing throughout their college careers.
Our 45,000+ alumni network have embarked on careers in fields such as business, marketing, information systems, education, communications and the sciences…and all are eager to pay it forward by connecting with current Iona students to help get them started. Finally, drawing on our mission, community service both on and off campus is a goal that resonates with those who are Iona; students, alumni, faculty and staff…all who are propelled by the idea that a single person truly can make a difference and Move the World.
Please note: Iona College does not require the submission of a CSS profile. However, undergraduate students may be eligible for need-based grants from the College and should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) annually by April 15 in advance of each academic year, to be considered for grant assistance. Families can begin to complete the FAFSA on October 1, 2018.
