Dr. Beutell teaches courses in human resource management (including careers, international, work & family, and web-based HR) and management (principles and managing sport organizations). His research and consulting interests include work and family issues, career development, organizational surveys, and executive assessment. His publications have appeared in numerous journals including the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Vocational Behavior.

Dr. Ana Câmara teaches courses in principles of management, and business policy and strategy. Her primary research interests are in the areas of competitive dynamics, corporate social responsibility, and executives and top management teams. Professor Finnegan teaches courses in management in the undergraduate and graduate programs. Her research interests include reflective leadership practice and its effect on managing in organizations. Prof. Finnegan has many years of corporate work experience, encompassing a wide variety of industries, which she brings to the classroom, and she has trained and facilitates in the development of future leaders.

His papers have been presented at international conferences, including AOM, SMS, and AIB.

His academic interests include management, international business and marketing. He has 25 years of experience as vice president of sales and marketing for a private consumer products manufacturer, and has dealt with large national retailers such as JC Penney, Kohl’s, Target and Macy’s.
