Course Registration and Payment
Regular fall and spring terms at Iona College provide visiting students with a wide range of opportunities. From day, evening and weekend courses to online/distance learning, Iona’s campus in New Rochelle has plenty to offer.
Visiting students may join us to earn credits to graduate early, make up some classes or explore an area of interest. Iona can help you achieve your goals.
The regular fall and spring semesters meet for 15 weeks. Graduate trimester terms in our LaPenta School of Business meet for 11 weeks.
Classes are offered in three formats: traditional lecture, mixed mode and online/distance learning (DL). For traditional classes, all meetings are on-site at our main campus in New Rochelle. Mixed mode classes combine both on-site and online/distance learning. Online/distance learning classes are conducted exclusively online. Meeting structures are identified in the course listings.
Registration and Payment
Once you choose the courses you are interested in taking:
- For traditional Fall/Spring semesters and trimesters and the Winter trimester (graduate business only) please email the Iona College Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a registration form and instructions.
- For registration during Special Session (Summer and Winter Sessions), please click on the “Make Payment” link below.
Completion of the registration process will help you calculate your total payment due. Please submit your payment online by using the link below.
All tuition and fees must be paid in full before your registration is processed.
Students who wish to audit a course will be charged for one credit. Audits are allowed for lecture liberal arts courses. Permission to audit a course is required from the Dean’s Office. Audits are only permitted for courses that do not require laboratories.

Former Iona students who attended the College previously in a degree program but did not earn a degree may take fall or spring courses. Re-admission will activate your existing record.
Visiting students who would like to be admitted to Iona College on a permanent basis should contact the Office of Admissions at (914) 633-2502. Successful completion of course work as a visiting student during fall or spring semesters does not guarantee admission to the College on a matriculated basis.
Students who wish to transfer credit to their home institution should obtain prior approval from the appropriate person at that institution.
Transcript requests are placed through our online ordering system. Visiting students should place a transcript order after their completed courses are graded.
